We’re so glad you’re here and we’re proud to offer digital products designed to empower travel business owners like you. Because of the nature of digital content, there are some important things to know about our returns and refund policy.

Digital Product Policy

All items sold through Travel Templates Co — including but not limited to Canva templates, courses, workbooks, digital downloads, and memberships — are digital products. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the materials.

For this reason:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on digital products.

🇬🇧 UK Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), digital content is non-refundable once downloading or streaming has started - if you gave express consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.

By purchasing from us, you:

  • Acknowledge that you are buying a digital product

  • Consent to immediate access

  • Waive the right to a 14-day cancellation under UK consumer law

This is a standard part of buying downloadable content in the UK.

🇺🇸 US Customers

Under US law, digital goods are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product with instant access

  • You agree that refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by law

We stand by the quality of our templates and resources. We’re confident they’ll support you in elevating your travel brand and business. While we don’t offer refunds, we do offer complimentary support within reason after purchase, (details included in your PDF download instructions).
