  • You are purchasing a template that is editable in Canva. (Please note this is a digital product and no physical product will be sent). The templates can only be edited in Canva.

    You simply add your template/s to your basket and checkout. Once your payment has processed, you will receive an email with a link to the download (you’ll also be able to access the download on the order confirmation page). The link is valid for 24 hours. The download is a PDF document containing the links (which don’t expire) to the template/s and any additional resources included with your template, (click the template link to open it in Canva ready to edit), plus helpful instructions and a link to a lovely Canva freebie.

    Please note that due to the nature of digital products we are unable to accept returns so do double-check that you have the product in the size you want, prior to checking-out. Thank you.

  • The template is fully editable in the free version of Canva, so you can change things such as:

    → All content

    → Font colours

    → Font styles

    → Font sizes

    → Elements

    → Backgrounds

    → Photos / Images

    → Add / Delete / Change page order

    → Hyperlinks

    → Effects

    Where images / photos / videos are included, you can use these as they are from a source of royalty-free stock.

  • It is absolutely beginner-friendly! With your download you get essential Canva instructions and bite-size video tutorials to help you if you’re new to Canva or editing templates. If you have any problems you can reach out to me by email.

    You’ll need a Canva account which is free and can be used online, without downloading any special software. You can edit the templates on a computer, tablet or phone (though desktop/laptop is recommended for ease).

  • Yes you do, but if you don’t have one already don’t worry, you’ll be prompted to set a FREE Canva account up when you access your first template. It’s a super simple sign-up and takes just a couple of minutes to do. All of my templates have been designed for the FREE version of Canva so no need to pay for the upgraded Pro version (they’ll work fine with Canva PRO too if you have that).

  • Some templates have been designed with document sizes specific to certain country standards in mind - UK (A4) sizes and US (US Letter) sizes. So please check the description to make sure you have the size you need. You can filter the templates to show only UK, or US sizes, via the navigation at the top of the template store page. If a size is generic it will show up under both the UK and US categories.

  • These templates are designed for you to edit yourself in Canva. However, if you would prefer us to edit them for you, we can! You’ll find a gorgeous selection of product packs in the Done-For-You-Digital Collection which include a bespoke editing service in the cost - so you’ll receive the templates already edited for your brand and ready for you to use!

  • No we don’t, these are editable templates only, (so no physical product will be sent), but Canva has a great printing service integrated into its platform, so it’s really simple to get your designs printed.

  • The purchase of a template is for your personal use only. You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes. The templates have no download limit or expiry so you can use, edit and download them as much as you like.

    The template designs aren't for commercial use, for sharing with others as a template, or for resale.
